Sitting up, both hands now mopping away his tears, the Prince couldn’t help but grin.

“Froggy shouldn’t be sorry for loving the Prince- The Prince is just happy. He’s never been this happy.” Forgetting about the wetness of his face, he wrapped his arms tightly around the younger on his lap, face nuzzling against the side of Fran’s neck.

“The Prince loves Fran so much, so don’t ever say sorry for loving the Prince.” Okay, maybe he had got the reason for Fran saying sorry wrong, but what could he say? He couldn’t read minds, no matter how much of a genius he was. Squeezing the illusionist in his arms, he remained like that for a few minutes before moving back.

“The Prince must look pathetic crying in front of his Froggy.” A coarse laugh left his lips before he pressed a gentle kiss to Fran’s lips.

“…I thought you might’ve been upset with me.” Fran admitted quietly, a guilty look on his face. He places his hands on Bel’s chest and pushes him back gently, breaking the kiss the prince had initiated. “You didn’t look pathetic… I was just…”

A sad look flashed on his face once more as he continued to avoid Bel’s gaze. He vaguely wondered if he should be happy that he finally made the blonde cry, but it only seemed to make him feel worse. Seeing Bel cry just centimeters from him wasn’t good for his heart. Even though the older male had reassured him that the cause wasn’t a negative one, Fran wasn’t convinced. He continued to egg the fault upon himself, already considering shutting up for good whenever he was around the blonde. That’ll teach himself for being such a snarky little bastard. He shut his eyes tightly, unable to collect his thoughts.
